Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom, so there are no customs duties or import charges. We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items: Our pottery and glassware are packed carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
