Refund policy

Returns: You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will send you the return instructions. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Condition: Items should be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Our pottery and glassware are fragile, so please pack them carefully, in the original packaging if you can.

Refunds: Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will refund you in full.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
